Fixture Cancellation

In cases of bad weather and a possible fixture cancellation due to pitch conditions (eg. snow or ice):

• All teams must go through the Chair.
• The captains and Chair are to inspect the pitch and make decision alongside Wellsway School.
• The Committee must be made aware of these situations as they are responsible.

Therefore, when a game is cancelled any conversation involving the pitch status must go through the Chair. The decision is then made by the Club and therefore it becomes accountable.

Match Fees

Match fees are payable for each match in which you play and should be paid to the captain of the team you played for.

Teas

During the winter season, teas for Saturday home games are provided by the Fry Club at Somervale.

Reporting Results

The captain of a team, or their designate, is responsible for reporting the result to the relevant League contact as detailed in their League Handbook.  Please also remember to send the result and the names of any Fry's scorers to Richard May so that the club website can be updated as soon as possible.
