Please see the links below for details of Foundation Skills Workshops being held in the West at the start of the season. The Workshop will focus on the foundation hockey skills that form the basis of the Single System work and are covered in detail at JDC, JAC and JRPC. These skills have been developed to equip players to progress throughout the player pathway.

If you are interested in attending any of these courses, please speak to Rose Side or Richard May to discuss whether the club can cover any costs.

	Basic principles of 2 v 1 attack

It is suitable for any coach of juniors or seniors at all ability levels – with attendance at a Foundation Skills Workshop also being a pre-requisite for attendance on a L2 Fast Track Course (course in the West in January 2011).
