How to complete the voting form

Each member has one vote for each of the members of the Executive Committee and fixtures/selection committee roles.

You have one Vote for the captain/vice captain positions for the team you played the majority of last season (2007/2008) for. Records of matches played will be checked to ensure your vote is for the correct team. Any misplaced votes will not be counted.

Should there be only one person for a selected post they will be elected as unopposed.

Votes will be collected, opened and counted by independent adjudicators during the AGM, with the results announced before the end.

Proposal form

If you cannot make the meeting then you can choose to vote in one of three ways:

	For the proposal
	Against the proposal
	With the Chair – that means which ever way the chair votes on the proposal your vote will be the same as theirs.

If you leave a proposal blank then you will be an abstention (no preference either way)
